Coleraine
General Information
Coleraine is a large town near the mouth of the River Bann located in the Derry County of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. It is also the main town on the famous Causeway Coast and having retained good rail links can be accessed from all over Northern Ireland.
The town has an attractive floral displayed and pedestrianised town centre, a marina and impressive Riverside theatre. A busy university town these days Coleraine has its own special charm with historical buildings, and various parks which are ideal for families.
Just north of Coleraine are the scenic coastal towns of Portstewart and Portrush, which are known for their fine sandy beaches and beautiful coastal walks. This town is worth a visit for its beauty and location.
